Shoonya Event
City Link is a proud member of the Shoonya Forum - a Niti Ayog Zero Pollution Mobility initiative in association with RMI. At the Forum's 1st Anniversary our Cofounder talked about City Link's contribution towards the Forum's mission, with over 30% of our fleet turning Electric. He also shared City Link’s EV transformation and Net Zero plans at the forum.
Tata ACE EV Launch
Tata Motors has partnered with City Link for trials of its Tata ACE EV. City Link was invited to the grand launch of the Tata ACE EV where it was amongst a chosen few who signed an MOU for the trials and purchase of Tata ACE EVs. Prior to the launch, City Link contributed with user specific inputs and was also given an exclusive brief and a first-hand feel of the vehicle at Tata Motors Pune plant.
Piaggio Vehicle Delivery
City Link was a special invitee to Piaggio’s first EV dealership launch at Bangalore. The occasion was graced by Sh. Laxman Savadi, hon’ble minister for Transportation in Karnataka.
First set of EVs
In 2020 we City Link decided to transform its erstwhile ICE vehicle operations to Electric. Under its “Think Green, Think EV” initiative it researched the entire ecosystem well before launching its first set of EV vehicles at Bangalore in Jan 2021. The launch brought together varied EV stakeholders like customers, manufacturers, dealers, charging infrastructure reps etc.
BESCOM Event
City Link was an exhibitor in the “Karnataka EV Abhiyana" organized by Bangalore Electricity Supply Co. Ltd. (BESCOM), bringing together various stakeholders.. Industry/Academia/Users to generate awareness and promote the adoption of E-Mobility in Karnataka. The event was graced by the Hon'ble Chief Minister Sh. Basavaraj Bommai and Hon'ble Minister for Energy Sh. V. Sunil Kumar.
Drivers Felicitation Event
At City Link our Driver Partners are a vital cog in the operations wheel and their welfare is at the heart of whatever we do. During the tough pandemic period we helped them with daily supplies and work wherever possible. Later a function was organized to honour and felicitate them for their valuable contribution to the biz.
