We commenced our journey in 2016 working on the highly unorganized within city trucking space, trying to solve the supply demand mismatch, resulting out of a highly fragmented trucking vendor base; bringing to our customers assured vehicle availability, real time visibility, route/load optimization and enhanced asset utilization for our vendor partners. The services are offered to a broad user base from Large Enterprises to SMEs and also Individuals. Always with sustainability at our core, City Link is now transitioning to cleaner fuel options like CNG / Electric and have taken to Electric Vehicles (EVs) in a big way with a rapid adoption of EV vehicles, creating a specific EV platform.
Extending our offering for one of our main customer segments, the SMEs, we have recently forayed into On Demand Storage & Ecommerce fulfilment (citylinkstorage.in ) where our services range from offering temporary Storage to helping offline merchants and young D2C Cos. build strong online brands using our Storage Tech, Order Management and Fulfilment capabilities.
